From the outset, it was clear that the owners (Ryan & Colleen) made a genuine effort to understand my mothers individual needs, preferences, and circumstances. They took the time to also understand my needs and preferences as well, seeing as I live outside of Canada. I think that initial investment in getting to know both of us—not just as “clients”—made a meaningful difference to us.
I have also appreciated that they have listened to feedback and make thoughtful adjustments if and when needed. That willingness to go “the extra mile” has shown a real commitment to delivering the right level of care for my mom. I could tell during conversations with Ryan that he truly cares and that her well-being remains the priority.
