I don’t know how she did it, but she certainly brought a huge dose of common sense and love into our lives. Even when my brother was moved to a hospice; Michelle took the time to visit him, as if that weren’t enough, she also took time to connect my brother with his family all over Canada and Germany. We learned a lot from Michelle. We learned patience, compassion, and how to correctly place humour in situations that look hopeless. Even though my brother has transitioned to life in another dimension, I am happy to have a friend in Michelle. Thank you for your dedication and for going beyond the calls of duty. We appreciate and respect you.”
