Free In-Home Consultation

Let us come to you!

Our free, local in-home consultations are a great way to get to know us (and for us to get to know you!). We will come at your convenience to the location of your choice ready to answer any questions you may have. 

During our visit, we will discuss your goals, how we can support you, and form a care plan together. We include everyone in the circle of care and we can connect you with trusted community organizations where appropriate.

We will also do a full walk-through of the space and conduct a hazards assessment, making recommendations on how to address any findings.

Our visits are free of obligation and we are happy to help! More than anything, we are honoured to get to know you.
