In-Home Care Consultation

My dad lives in a facility in the Okanagan but none of his close family does which means he would go months at a time without visits. This was having such an impact on his wellbeing so we reached out to Steve at Just Like Family to see about having a visitor come to the facility just to hang out with my dad (watch tv with him, take him for walks, help him call his family…). Steve came and met my dad personally and got to know him before assigning someone to work with him. Jessica has been visiting my dad for several months now and the staff have noticed such a change in my dad. He is calmer and friendlier and most importantly, he seems happier. It is so hard to have my dad so far away but the relief with these visits has been beyond words. I can’t thank this team enough. The cost is very fair and I am very grateful to this team. My dad’s quality of life is so much better now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Just Like Family.
