Scheduling has also been handled perfectly, which has made this experience smooth and stress-free.

Most of all, I want to commend Ida. She is kind, patient, punctual, and wonderfully attentive to my mom’s needs. What truly stands out is the way she engages my mom in meaningful conversation and listens — really listens — to what she has to say. So many people fill the silence with talk, but Ida has that rare gift of comfort and calm that allows quiet moments to feel peaceful rather than empty.

She talks with Mom about years gone by, sings familiar old songs with her, and takes her on gentle walks. Because of Ida’s caring nature, there has been noticeably less crying and loneliness — she’s already made a tremendous difference in my mom’s emotional well-being.
