FAQ

We will provide the same caregiver or same group of caregivers depending on the extent of the schedule. We value relationship-building so we know the importance of having a consistent caregiver.

We have a variety of caregivers including certified care-aides, personal service workers, social workers, caregivers who have cared for family members, and companionship “experts”. We will ensure the assigned caregiver is certified and/or experienced in the care needed within the care plan and make every attempt to match up caregivers with commonalities as the client in order to enhance the relationship.

We are able to do whatever the challenge of the day is. Help with personal hygiene in toileting and showering, mobility, meal preparation and serving, housekeeping, laundry, respite for family, community outings, companionship, post operative care, errands, transportation, etc. Whatever we can do to put a smile on our clients face and reduce the burden of families. There is no better medicine than a smile!!
