After suffering a serious fall injury at work in 2016 my life was changed dramatically. Having been very active up to that point in my life including hiking, cycling, skiing, fishing and much more I was advised that I would be forever in a wheelchair.

After dealing with numerous other agencies both small local companies and large national chains I finally found Steve and Just like family.

After Steve explained his business philosophy and provided several references I signed on in a heartbeat.

Steve has matched my needs with staff that are very enjoyable to work with and often even share my personal interests.
Although I knew that Steve was a man of the highest integrity he recently rose far beyond anything a person could expect.

After being transported to Kelowna General hospital by B.C. Medical Transport for an appointment with a Vascular Surgeon with the prospect of losing my right leg, I found myself abandoned.
After booking the round trip, I found myself abandoned in Kelowna by B.C.Ambulance service and them unable to pick me up or bring me home.

I called Steve as I was without options to see if he could give me a lift back to Penticton. Without hesitation Steve said hold tight and was there in less than ten minutes. Steve postponed Christmas shopping with his son and wife to give me a ride home.

When we arrived at my dwelling in Penticton he wouldn’t take a penny for fuel or for carrying my bags in.
He is the most up-front honest guy Ì have ever had the pleasure of meeting or working with. I would highly recommend him for caring for your loved ones.
