Chief Operating OfficerNicola is a lifelong learner and social justice warrior who has worked tirelessly in the community to ensure equity and positive outcomes for all. Nicola has a doctoral degree in Education, a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Diversity, Equity, Access and Social Justice and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Nicola has garnered several awards such as the Amethyst award from the Ministry of Children and Youth Services for her policy and legislation work; she has also received a Community Ambassador award through the Regional Diversity Roundtable of Peel, a Community Services Award from Niagara University and a Volunteer award from The City of Toronto. Nicola is committed to a relational practice where she prioritizes people over profits.

She has devoted her professional life to enhancing the lives of marginalized communities and immigrant populations. Her devotion to community service transcends her professional responsibilities and is characterized by an exceptional influence on the advancement of society.
Her approach is distinguished by her leadership skills, effective communication skills, and compassionate nature. She is dedicated to the creation of secure and inclusive environments, with a particular focus on holistic well-being and mental health.
