Prior to joining Just Like Family Home Care, Sarah specialized in Project Management in the energy sector, ensuring the success of multi-million dollar projects. At Just Like Family, Sarah uses her innovative spirit and analytical thinking to find the best ways to support each person she supports.

Mia’s work with Just Like Family Home Care involves matching the right caregiver with the right skills and abilities to the client’s needs. She feels a great sense of satisfaction when a caregiver and a client have a wonderful connection.

Prior to joining JLF, Mia worked in health care at an Elderly Care Home in West Vancouver and other health organizations.
