Every caregiver in our team undergoes CPR training, and we specifically employ certified Health Care Aids (HCAs) who receive further training tailored to individual care plans. This supplementary training includes aspects such as food handling and WHMIS guidelines. We prioritize the safety and security of our clients by ensuring that all staff members are bonded and insured, both through our commercial insurance policies and WorkSafeBC coverage.

All of our caregivers have the required vaccinations for the various work environments they encounter: hospitals, senior residences, long-term care facilities, and your home.

Yes. We specialize in customizing everything to your needs! That means that we can support mornings, days, evenings, and overnight. We even support 24/7!

Yes. Just Like Family Home Care is all about matching the perfect caregiver with your family and loved one. Oftentimes, sharing a common language is going to support the therapeutic relationship between your loved one and the caregiver.
