RN, CRRN, Co-OwnerJosephine Lalic is a dedicated registered nurse and Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) with a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Originally from the Philippines, Josephine moved to Canada in 2011, driven by a passion for making a difference and touching lives. She believes in the powerful impact of compassionate, personalized care.
When she’s not working, Josephine enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and caring for her mother, niece, and nephew. She also loves trying different cuisines, exploring new flavors, and embracing diverse cultures through food. These experiences enrich her perspective and deepen her commitment to providing the best care for her clients.
Her mission is simple: to provide the highest standard of care while helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity. Josephine and her team are dedicated to creating a sense of belonging and comfort, ensuring that seniors receive not just care, but also respect, compassion, and companionship that feels just like family.

Co-OwnerLawrence is a highly motivated and driven professional originally from Newfoundland, now based in Red Deer. Raised by parents who owned seniors’ homes, he grew up caring for people and developed a deep passion for helping others. He went on to own and operate a healthcare business specializing in care for mentally and physically challenged individuals as well as home care services for seniors. Before that he spent 22 years in the oilfield industry, including 10 years in management. A dedicated father of two boys (9 and 13), Lawrence values family time and enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, golfing, hockey, soccer, and camping. Caring for others has always been at the core of who he is, making a meaningful impact whenever he goes.

With a bachelor’s degree in teaching and a diploma in Accounting and Payroll, I bring a diverse background of skills and experiences to my role. My professional journey has encompassed operations, payroll, and accounts receivable, providing me with a well-rounded foundation to support our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Helping and caring for people has always been my passion, and I’m excited to channel that enthusiasm into making a positive impact within our community. When I’m not at work, you can often find me playing pickleball, exploring new travel destinations, or indulging in my love for trying different cuisines.
