Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our small National Team. This is a vital role who will work directly with the CEO and is a critical link between franchisees, the National Team, and our partners. We are looking for an organized connector! This role includes preparing reports, conducting research, coordinating meetings and events, and providing executive support to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
The Executive Assistant & Partnership Lead at Just Like Family is a full-time hybrid position located in Toronto, Ontario with some flexibility to work from home.
Some key activities and tasks will include;
- Support all national partnerships from inception to rollout ensuring ongoing engagement through regular check-ins, strategic planning, and performance reporting
- Meeting coordination, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Coordinating between franchise partners, National Teams, community partners, organizations, and speakers
- Reviewing project management activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time
- Working with the franchise development team on referral partners and supporting potential franchisees through the recruitment and screening process
- Communicating with different teams for different projects
- Support franchise partners and the National team on local events including the book tour, our senior residence tour, local senior events
- Developing various reports including the social impact report
- Coordinating with other teams for support
Skills & Experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in managing and producing reports
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive with a strategic mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Knowledge of Project Management Software
- Knowledge and experience with Google Workspace
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
- Experience with a franchise is a plus
- Executive Administrative Assistance or Senior Management support experience
- Bachelor's degree or related administrative experience
Salary range: $52,500-$62,500
