When our mom was being discharged from the hospital we knew we could not provide all the supports she required to keep her healthy and safe. Jovee met with us to explain what was possible and set up a schedule mom was comfortable with. Vanessa made mom feel comfortable instantly and in a short period of time they connected. Mom considered her a companion not just a care assistant. They watched the Olympics together after mom’s shower and lunch. Their kindness continued when mom had to enter back into the hospital with their regular checkins to see how she was doing. I’d highly recommend their services. They are genuine and caring, and treated our mom as though she was family. So grateful.
